Precision Cutting

Mechanical Engineering Solutions Ltd provides precision metal cutting for components used in fabrication, engineering and assembly projects. Cutting work is prepared around the supplied dimensions, profiles and material specifications, helping produce parts that are ready for the next stage of manufacture.

For suitable materials and designs, MES uses 6kW fibre laser cutting technology to produce detailed shapes and component profiles. The selected approach depends on the material, thickness, geometry and requirements of the finished part.

Cutting services cover materials including stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium, supporting one-off components as well as parts required for wider fabrication work.
