Mechanical Engineering Solutions Ltd provides made-to-measure metal fabrication for businesses in Cork and across Ireland. We manufacture components and assemblies to suit the needs of each project, whether the brief begins with technical drawings, a sample part or a specific operational requirement.
Work can include material preparation, cutting, shaping, welding, assembly and finishing. Each stage is planned around the required dimensions, material properties and the conditions in which the finished item will be used.
MES works with stainless steel, mild and carbon steel, aluminium and sheet metal on projects for pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial and other working environments.

Good fabrication starts with understanding the role of the finished component and how it needs to fit with the surrounding equipment or structure.

Using your drawings, measurements or project brief, MES can produce individual parts, supporting structures and complete fabricated assemblies. Material choice, joining methods, alignment and access for installation are considered as part of the manufacturing process.
